Returns Require Prior Approval
No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the date of invoice
No returns on custom products, special packaging, or discontinued items
All merchandise returned must be shipped freight Prepaid, except for merchandise returned due to shipping error or defect
A restocking charge of 15% will apply to all returns, except for merchandise returned due to shipping error or defect
Only merchandise in it’s original full-unopened shipping packages will be authorized for return
We cannot accept responsibility for damage to merchandise after our customer or their agents have accepted it
Customer Service must be contacted to issue authorization for returned goods with an RMA number, which must be marked on cases prior to any return
All returns must be made within 30 days of return authorization issue date
Shortages will be claimed when shipment is received |
